again into the toaster or into the oven and combined
with both sweet or salt food. They, therefore, suggest
a practical and tasty alternative to fresh bread.
It
was born as an artisan producer of bread in the heart
of Vicenza.
and developed in two production centres, which are now
certified according to the regulation UNI EN
ISO 9001:2000 from 2003. Since 1994 Morato
has been present in the Italian and European market
with a wide range of products and remains nowadays a
leader on the market of sliced bread. All raw materials
are selected with great care and are worked with respect
to genuineness of the real artisan tradition, using
high technology plants which allow a high standard of
quality.
