Bread type "0" with dehydrated potatoes.

Type “0” soft wheat flour, water, emulsifier: glycerol, dehydrated potatoes 4.5%, sunflower seed oil (sunflower seed oil, antioxidant: rosemary extracts), salt, emulsifiers: E471, E481 (contains wheat starch), sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, thickener: guar gum, deactivated dry yeast, natural flavouring, yeast dried, turmeric. Product packaged in a protective atmosphere. Treated with ethyl alcohol. May contain traces of soy and mustard.
