Ingredients

Bread with soft wheat flour type “0” with sprouted buckwheat flour and sprouted wheat flour type "1", sprouted red lentil flakes and sprouted black bean flakes, sunflower oil 3% and sourdough.

Soft wheat flour type "0" 59,6%, water, sunflower oil 3%, sprouted buckwheat flour 2,8%, sprouted red lentil flakes 2,8%, sprouted black bean flakes 2,8%, sprouted wheat flour type "1" 1,4%, sourdough 1% (water, wheat flour), salt, yeast. Treated with ethyl alcohol. May contain traces of soya, milk and eggs.
