Soft wholewheat flour 61%, water, olive oil 3%, sourdough 2% (water, fermented wheat flour), black rice 1,7%, soft wheat flour, salt, yeast, gluten (wheat), malted barley flour, wheat germ, barley malt extract. May contain traces of milk, soya and eggs.
