Type “0” bread with milk, sunflower oil and sourdough.

Type “0” soft wheat flour, water, rehydrated whole milk powder 5%, sunflower oil 3%, sugar 2.6%, mother yeast 1% ( water, wheat flour), soy flour, salt, yeast, flavourings. Treated with ethyl alcohol. May contain traces of eggs and mustard.
