Soft wheat flour type "0" 74%, olive oil 6%, soft wheat flakes 5,1%, roasted soft wheat bran, whole sea salt 2,2%, whole wheat flour spelt 2%, barley flakes 2%, sesame seeds, brewer’s yeast, malted wheat flour. May contain traces of soy.
