1 package Morato Pane Durum Wheat Bocconcini
1 pumpkin
1 tablespoon mascarpone
radicchio
300g fresh sliced mushrooms

Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook until soft. Purée it with an immersion blender and add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of mascarpone.

Separately, sauté the mushrooms in a pan with a drop of oil and finely chop the radicchio.

Cut the Bocconcini in half and fill them with the radicchio, puréed pumpkin, the mushrooms and a few drops of gorgonzola. Serve the sandwiches and Happy Halloween!
