Ingredients [ Per 2 persone ]

1 packa of Morato Pane durum wheat morsels
1 pumpkin
1 tablespoon of mascarpone
radish
300g of fresh mushrooms already sliced
gorgonzola
Bocconcini with pumpkin cream, radicchio and mushrooms

Method:

    Coarsely cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook until soft. Then pass it with an immersion blender and add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of mascarpone.

    Separately, sauté the mushrooms in a pan with a drop of oil and prepare the radicchio by cutting it finely.

    Finally, cut the Bocconcini in half and make up with the radicchio, the pumpkin cream, the mushrooms and a few drops of gorgonzola. Serve now and Happy Halloween!
