150g dark chocolate
100g fresh whipping cream
peeled hazelnuts

Method:

Chop the chocolate coarsely. Pour the whipping cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil then turn off the heat, remove the saucepan from the stove and pour the dark chocolate into the cream. Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and homogeneous. Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool.

Peel a banana and cut it into slices, then wash and dry the berries.

Cut the Nuvolatte rolls in half and fill them with the chocolate cream, add the banana and berries and garnish with a cascade of chopped hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
