Method:

Heat the piadinas in a pan for about 2 minutes on each side. Cut them into strips about 2.5 cm wide and spread each strip with cream cheese.

Add the slices of Parma ham and a little jam, then roll up the piadina strip and secure with a cocktail stick. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
