Ingredients [ For 4 people ]

4 Morato American Big Burger buns with sesame seeds
700 g ground beef
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tomato
4 leaves lettuce
1 red onion
4 eggs
gherkins
EVO oil
salt and pepper
Hamburger with onion and fried egg

Method:

    Place the ground beef in a bowl, season it with a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix. Shape the hamburgers using a ring mould, flattening them well. Wash, dry and slice the tomato, discarding the ends. Drain the gherkins and cut them into slices.

    Peel, rinse and cut the onion into fairly thick slices. Fry it in a pan with some olive oil and a pinch of salt until golden.

    Toast the inside of the 4 buns on a hot griddle until golden. Sprinkle the griddle with a little salt and cook the hamburgers for approx. 3 minutes per side. Spread the mayonnaise on the buns (season with Tabasco sauce, if desired), add the meat and top with 1 slice of tomato, the gherkins, lettuce and onion.

    Fry the egg with a pinch of salt and place one in each bun. Place the other half of the bun on top and serve.
