Big burger with vegetables and dried tomatoes

  • Ingredients for: 1 person


  • american big burger

  • 1 beef burger

  • a spoon of mayonnaise

  • 1 dried tomatoes in oil

  • a spoon of pâté dried tomatoes

  • spinach

  • purple sliced cabbage

  • slices of cucumber

  • red onion rings

  • salad leaves

  • arugula

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • lemon

  • salt


Wash and dry the arugula, the salad and the spinach. Cut into strips the dried tomato. Heat a frying pan greased with extra virgin olive oil and cook the burgers on both sides until it is lightly browned.

Meanwhile split in two and heat the bread on a grill. Mix the spinach with salt, oil and a few drops of lemon. Smear the mayonnaise on the basis of the sandwich and proceed by adding the spinach, a few slices of cucumber and dried tomatoes cut into fillets. Place the burger and make the sandwich with sliced purple cabbage, lettuce leaf, a few leaves of arugula and some ring of onion. Spread the pate of dried tomatoes, close the burgers and serve immediately.ha
