Ingredients [ For 2 people ]

3 slices of Morato Pane Multigrain Pan di Grano bread
1 courgette
1 bell pepper
1 small salted ricotta cheese
q.b. olive oil
PAN DI GRANO WITH SAUTEED VEGETABLES

Method:

    Wash and cube the vegetables.
  • 2
    Sauté them in a pan with olive oil.
  • 3
    Toast the bread on the grill with rosemary and arrange the vegetables on top.
  • 4
    Grate the salted ricotta cheese and sprinkle it over the vegetables before serving.
