Wash, peel the rocket and dry it well. Then soak the cashews for about an hour and drain well.

Place rocket and cashews in a blender, add salt and a little extra virgin olive oil, then blend everything until you get a soft sauce (if necessary, help yourself with very little water).

Drain the mozzarella and then cut it into slices.

Heat the wraps, spread the rocket cream on top, then lay the mozzarella and raw ham on them. Serve immediately, whole or cut into four wedges.
