1 package Morato Pane Whole Wheat American Sandwich bread
1 bunch asparagus
1 avocado
1 egg
1 slice smoked salmon
q.s. EVO oil
q.s. black pepper

Method:

Clean the asparagus, cut the tips and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Boil the egg in a saucepan for 10 minutes, then remove the egg and let it cool.

Open the avocado by cutting it in half, remove the stone using a spoon and separate the pulp from the peel. Slice the pulp.

Toast the whole wheat American Sandwich bread slices. Place the smoked salmon, sliced avocado, egg and asparagus heads on top. Season with pepper to taste.
