Morato Pane Whole Wheat Spuntinelle with black rice

Method:
1
Wash the berries, dry them and set them aside. Cut the blanched almonds and the chocolate into thin flakes.

Arrange the Spuntinelle on a plate and spread a generous layer of mascarpone on the top of the bread.

Add the berries, then the almond and chocolate flakes. Decorate with the crumbled chocolate chip cookies. Serve immediately.
