Ingredients [ Per 2 persone ]

1 package of wholemeal Spuntinelle and black rice Morato Pane
1 mascarpone pack
q.s. berries
q.s. blanched almonds
q.s. dark chocolate
2 chocolate cookies
Wholemeal Spuntinelle and black rice with mascarpone, berries, chopped almonds and chocolate flakes

Method:

    Wash the berries, dry them and set them aside. Take the peeled almonds and the chocolate and cut them into thin flakes.
  • 2
    Put the Spuntinelle on a plate and spread a generous layer of mascarpone on the surface of the bread.
  • 3
    Place the berries on top of the slices of bread, then add the almond and chocolate flakes. Endless decorated with crumbled chocolate chip cookies. Serve immediately.
