1 package of wholemeal Spuntinelle and black rice Morato Pane
1 mascarpone pack
q.s. berries
q.s. blanched almonds
q.s. dark chocolate
2 chocolate cookies

1 package of wholemeal Spuntinelle and black rice Morato Pane

Method:

Wash the berries, dry them and set them aside.
Take the peeled almonds and the chocolate and cut them into thin flakes.

Put the Spuntinelle on a plate and spread a generous layer of mascarpone on the surface of the bread.

Place the berries on top of the slices of bread, then add the almond and chocolate flakes. Endless decorated with crumbled chocolate chip cookies. Serve immediately.
