Ingredients [ Per 2 persone ]

1 pack of Classic Grissani
500g of friggitelli peppers
100g of feta cheese
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
origan
basil
mint
parsley
thyme
q.s. salt
q.s. pepper
Grissani with friggitelli and feta cheese

Method:

    Wash and dry the friggitelli peppers keeping the stalk and pierce them in several places with a toothpick. Arrange them on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with extra virgin olive oil, a little salt and pepper and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes, until they are soft and turn them to brown them well.

    Chop the aromatic herbs (you can use all or only some of them) and five minutes before the end of cooking add them to the peppers then finish cooking.

    Crumble the feta cheese and a bit of Classic Grissani.

    Let the peppers cool, then arrange them on a plate, sprinkle them with the crumbs of Classic Grissani to give crunchiness and crumbled feta. Decorate the plate with a few leaves of aromatic grass and serve warm with Classic Breadsticks on the side.
