150g of dark chocolate
100g of fresh liquid whipping cream
peeled hazelnuts

Method:

Take the chocolate and chop it coarsely. Put the cream in a saucepan and boil it.
Once brought to a boil, turn off the heat, remove the saucepan from the stove and pour the dark chocolate into the cream. Turn the mixture by hand with a whisk until you get a homogeneous consistency and without lumps. Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool.

Peel a banana and cut it into slices, then take the berries, wash and dry them.

Divide the Nuvolatte in half and fill them with the chocolate cream, add the banana and berries, and garnish with a cascade of chopped hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
