Ingredients [ Per 4 persone ]

8 Morato wholewheat Nuvolatte
6 tbsp apricot jam
8 tbsp fresh goat’s cheese
thyme
delicate extra virgin olive oil
pepper
Wholewheat bread with Goat’s cheese and apricot jam

Method:

    Slice the rolls in half. Mix the goat’s cheese with a tablespoon of oil and some freshly-ground pepper. Spread it on the bottom half of the roll.
  • 2
    Add a layer of jam, some thyme leaves and cover with the top half of the roll. Toast and serve hot.
