Ingredients [ Per 2 persone ]

2 Piadine Romagnole IGP Morato Pane
100g of sweet raw ham
2 small goat cheeses (or alternatively robiola)
8 thin green asparagus
q.s. Grana cheese flakes
a drizzle EVO oil
a pinch of salt and pepper
chives
Piadine with goat cheese, raw ham and asparagus

Method:

    Cook the asparagus in lightly salted boiling water keeping them crisp, then sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 2
    In another pan, heat the wraps on both sides. Once hot, place the wraps on a plate.
  • 3
    Spread the cheese, add the ham, the flaked parmesan and a little chopped chives. Serve immediately.
