Ingredients [ For 4 people ]

4 Morato American Hot Dog buns
200 g peeled prawn tails
1 celery stalk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey mustard
1 lime
1 head frisée lettuce
chives
EVO oil
salt and pepper
PRAWNS, LETTUCE AND HONEY MUSTARD SANDWICHES

Method:

    Sauté the prawns in a pan with oil, salt and pepper. Add the lime juice and cook for a few minutes to allow it to evaporate. Wash the celery and dice it finely. Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise.
  • 2
    Toast the buns. Fill them with the sauce, the lettuce, prawns, celery and chopped chives, garnish with some diced lime zest and serve.
