Ingredients [ Per 4 persone ]

2 Morato Piadine Romagnole Igp
250 g cream cheese
300 g raspberry jam
250 g Parma ham
thyme
Flatbread pinwheels with cheese, raspberries and Parma ham

Method:

    Heat the flatbreads in the pan for about 2 minutes per side. Cut them into strips of about 2.5 cm wide and spread each strip with cheese.
  • 2
    Add the slices of Parma ham, a little jam, roll up the flatbread strip and secure it with a cocktail stick. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
