Sandwich with pea cream, tuna and vegetables

Ingredients [ Per 1 persone ]

4 slices of Spuntinelle Al Cubo 7 Cereali
150g of natural tuna fillets
150g of peas
1 small red onion
a handful of rocket
a handful of baby spinach
4 radishes
half cucumber
q.s. mayonnaise
q.s. extra virgin olive oil
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
Sandwich with pea cream, tuna and vegetables

Method:

    Cook the peas in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender. Cool them under water and blend them with a little salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil until creamy.

    Wash, clean and dry all the vegetables. Slice the radishes and cucumber.

    Place the tuna fillets in a colander to lose the excess water.
  • 4
    Toast the bread, spread the abundant pea cream, add the cucumbers, tuna, radishes, a little rocket and spinach, a few rings of red onion and close with the second slice of bread spread with abundant mayonnaise.
