Ingredients [ Per 2 persone ]

1 package of American Sandwich Integrale Morato Pane
1 bunch of asparagus
1 avocado
1 egg
1 slice of raw salmon
q.s. EVO oil
q.s. black pepper

Method:

    Clean the asparagus, cut the tips and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
  • 2
    In a saucepan, add the egg, pour some water and bring it to a boil. After 10 minutes, remove the egg from the heat and let it cool.
  • 3
    Open the avocado by cutting it in half, remove the stone using a spoon and remove the pulp from the peel. Once the pulp is removed, cut it into slices.

    Take the Wholemeal American Sandwich and toast it to your liking. Place the raw salmon, avocado, egg and asparagus heads on top. Finally season by adding pepper to taste.
