Ingredients [ For 4 people ]

8 Morato wholewheat Nuvolatte
6 tablespoons apricot jam
8 tablespoons fresh goat’s cheese
thyme
mild EVO oil
pepper
Wholewheat bread with Goat’s cheese and apricot jam

Method:

    Cut the rolls in half. Mix the goat’s cheese with a tablespoon of oil and some freshly-ground pepper. Spread it on the bottom half of the roll.
  • 2
    Add a layer of jam, a few thyme leaves and cover with the top half of the roll. Toast and serve hot.
