Ingredients [ For 4 people ]

12 Whole Wheat American Sandwich slices
4 ripe beefsteak tomatoes
2 buffalo mozzarellas
4 eggs
1 leek
q.s. EVO oil
q.s. salt
q.s. pepper
16 skewers
WHOLE WHEAT AMERICAN EGG & VEGGIE CLUB SANDWICH

Method:

    Wash the leek, slice it and sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil, then add a ladle of salted water.
  • 2
    Wash the tomatoes, slice and toast them on both sides in a hot pan with olive oil. Peel them and set them aside warm.
  • 3
    Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, the basil and the leeks. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook the omelette on both sides. Keep it warm. Toast the bread and slice the mozzarella.
  • 4
    Make 4 sandwiches, using 3 slices of bread each and layering all the ingredients. Cut the sandwiches diagonally to form 4 triangles. Then insert a skewer into each of the triangles.
